Old Fashioned Shepherds Pie

Minced lamb cooked in tomato, onion and veal stock with fresh herbs. Topped with caramelised carrot and parsnip, mashed potato and aged cheddar

Moussaka

Minced lamb cooked as above, layered with roasted eggplant, fresh tomatoes, sliced potato, sliced potato and homemade bechemal sauce

Risotto

Arborio rice cooked in chicken stock, with white wine and mixed wild mushrooms, with tomato, onion, carrot and fresh peas topped with Grana Padana

Marengo Chicken

Chicken cooked in white wine chicken stock, with mushrooms, shallots, tomato and lemon thyme served with Arborio rice

Malay Curries

Beef, lamb or chicken. Served with tomato, spinach and onion dhal, and aged Basmati rice

Vegetarian Risotto
